Virginie, aka V, was born and raised in France. With a passion for the art of pastry-making, Virginie’s journey eventually led her to the iconic French Pastry School in Chicago.

 

Now living in Los Angeles, Virginie has embraced her culinary calling as the proud founder of V, a pastry shop that is the pinnacle of decadence.
